The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to the balcony through a private exit, enjoying a south-facing position that floods the room with natural light. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, also furnished with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The third room is configured as a children's bedroom, equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, comfortably sleeping up to 4 younger guests. The 2 bathrooms are well-appointed, with one featuring a bath and WC, and the other offering a shower and WC, both sharing access to a double hand-basin. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules available at an extra charge, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options, all complemented by a dining table. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
