The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the same balcony with south- and west-facing exposure. The second, smaller bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for younger guests. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
