"Clair-Azur B 65" is a beautifully appointed 2-room vacation rental apartment of 48 m2, situated on the 5th floor and welcoming a maximum capacity of 3 guests, configured as 2 adults and 1 child. Partly renovated in 2020, the apartment features tasteful and cosy furnishings throughout its thoughtfully designed interior. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, providing a comfortable additional sleeping arrangement. The dedicated bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful stay for guests. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom configured as a combined bath and WC. A fully equipped kitchenette forms an integral part of the living space, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a cheese fondue set is also provided. The apartment benefits from a south-west facing balcony with portable terrace furniture, offering very beautiful views of the mountains and the valley.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
