The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds with a width of 90 cm and a length of 200 cm, and opens onto a north-facing balcony. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from access to a north-facing balcony. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The kitchen is fitted with a hatch and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. An additional south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture completes the apartment, offering a perfect setting to enjoy the surrounding alpine scenery.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
