The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen cable TV with DVD player, complemented by electric shutters for added comfort and privacy. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and elegant sleeping space. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal arrangement for younger guests or additional occupants. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC, ensuring convenience for all guests. A south-west facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with a deck chair, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The property is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. A garage space, numbered 4, is available for guest use and accommodates vehicles with a maximum height of 195 cm and a maximum width of 225 cm. Please be aware that the garage is not available for a period of 3 weeks at the end of July and into August, and guests travelling during this time should make alternative parking arrangements accordingly.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
