On the main level, you are welcomed into a warm and practical living and dining area furnished with a cosy open-hearth fireplace, used purely for decorative purposes, as well as a flat-screen cable television and a hi-fi system. This floor also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates and an oven, as well as a shower and WC. The first bedroom on this level features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A balcony is accessible directly from the living area, offering beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.

The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 further room with 2 single beds, each also measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
