Direct access from the living area leads to a south-facing and west-facing balcony, complete with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. The open kitchen is located in the entrance area and is fully fitted for comfortable self-catering. The bathroom features a shower and WC.
