"Apt.Green View" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 72 m2 on the 4th floor of the building, positioned to the south to maximise natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, making it an ideal choice for a family or small group, and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The living and dining area is bright and elegantly furnished in a modern style, offering direct access to an 8 m2 balcony that enjoys both a south-facing and east-facing orientation, providing stunning panoramic views of the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the forest. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost.
The 1st bedroom is a double room with a north-facing position and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom is a generously sized room, also north-facing, and contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
