"Apt.Green View" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 72 m2, situated on the 4th floor with a bright south-facing position. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests, including 3 adults and 2 children, and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The living and dining area is elegantly furnished in a modern style and opens directly onto an 8 m2 balcony with both south-facing and east-facing orientations, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside, and the forest. The first bedroom is a double room with a north-facing position, furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is a large north-facing room equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk also measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors add warmth and character to the overall interior.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra. Heating is provided through an underfloor heating system, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout the property.
