A kitchenette is also part of the layout, equipped with an oven and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. A south-facing balcony extends the living space outdoors, providing a serene setting with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
