The open kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an additional cost. Heat is available throughout the apartment to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. A washing machine is also provided for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay. Additional amenities include a children's high chair, a hair dryer, and complimentary high-speed WiFi with a bandwidth of 1,000 Mbit/s.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
