Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A dining table is also part of the kitchen area, making the space ideal for relaxed meals. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. Direct access from the living area leads to a large, partly roofed private patio and terrace, from which guests can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort, including a breathtaking outlook over San Salvatore and Lugano Bay.
