The 1 double bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each and a length of 200 cm, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The bathroom features a bath with WC and a double hand-basin. The kitchen is open-plan and fully integrated into the living space, fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A large patio, partly roofed, extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
