The welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a dining table and provides direct access to one of the 2 private balconies, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains, and the resort. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is a double room complete with a hand-basin and its own access to a balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, 1 double bed, and a hand-basin, also with direct balcony access, making it an ideal space for families or groups. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and connects seamlessly to the living area. The bathroom features a bath and WC, and there is an additional separate WC for added convenience. Both balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture and 4 deck chairs, offering an exceptional setting to take in the surrounding alpine scenery.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
