"Chesa Maurus A5" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 100 m2 on the 1st floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment features a spacious and cosy open-plan living and dining area complete with a flat-screen television, a dining table, and direct access to a furnished balcony offering beautiful views of the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort. The first bedroom is a large double room fitted with 1 double bed measuring 170 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private exit to a loggia. The second bedroom is a double room equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC. A well-equipped small kitchen is integrated into the layout, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra cost. Additionally, 2 extra beds in a separate room are available for a fee.
