The open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC. On the upper level, a sun terrace of 25 m2 provides an additional outdoor space ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the surroundings.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
