"Rits" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 65 m2, situated on the 1st floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area features a dining table and provides direct access to the large 40 m2 terrace, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom is a small room without a window, equipped with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a practical sleeping solution for additional guests. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the living area, completing the functional layout of this apartment.
Amenities Included
The kitchen is well appointed with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as an 80-litre boiler to ensure a reliable supply of hot water. For your convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine, allowing you to manage laundry with ease during your stay. A hair dryer is also provided in the bathroom. The spacious 40 m2 terrace is furnished with terrace furniture, creating an ideal outdoor space to relax and take in the stunning sea views.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
