A shower room with WC is also conveniently located on this level, along with direct access to a magnificent south-facing terrace of 60 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for 6.

The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a radio and offering access to a private balcony. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 1 bathroom with a bath and WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the chalet to 2. A box-room provides additional storage space, and the property offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
