The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, offering direct access to a small balcony of 4 m2 with both south-east and south-west facing orientations, where balcony furniture is provided and a marvellous view of the mountains and the Eiger can be enjoyed. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed composed of 2 sections each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and features 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes 1 bathroom in the form of a shower and WC, which is private and situated 1 m from the apartment, directly opposite. Parquet floors run throughout the interior, adding to the refined and welcoming character of the space.

Parking is available directly at the house, offering added convenience for guests arriving by car. The property is reserved for non-smokers only, and this rule applies throughout the entire apartment and its balcony. A fire extinguisher is present on the premises as a safety measure. Please be aware that the bathroom, which includes a private shower and WC, is located 1 m from the apartment entrance, directly opposite, and is for the exclusive use of the guests of this apartment.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
