This elegant vacation rental is a 3-room apartment of 83 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living and dining room spans 28 m2 and serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a refined and tastefully furnished space with direct access to a south-facing terrace of 20 m2, where terrace furniture is provided and a marvellous view of the sea awaits. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and features a private shower, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom is furnished with a larger French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and opens directly onto a small balcony. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves this area of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, completing a fluid and functional layout ideal for a comfortable stay.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
