"Arche" is a beautifully appointed 5-room chalet spanning 180 m2 across 2 levels, oriented in a south-east facing position to maximise natural light and mountain views. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a spacious alpine retreat.

On the ground level, the entrance hall includes a separate WC, providing immediate convenience upon arrival. The heart of the chalet is a large living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable television, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. This generous living space opens directly onto a large terrace of 30 m2, also south-east facing, furnished with terrace furniture and equipped with a portable barbecue. The fully equipped kitchenette features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, as well as a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set.

On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 4 rooms. The first is a double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, with direct access to a south-east facing balcony. The second is a children's room equipped with 1 bunk bed of 90 cm by 200 cm, also with balcony access. The third and fourth rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, both with access to south-east facing balconies. This floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and WC and one with a shower and WC.

The top floor features a gallery area with 2 additional beds measuring 90 cm, offering supplementary sleeping space. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as the gallery. The chalet also benefits from a large balcony of 17 m2 on the upper level, oriented south-east, offering very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a box-room for additional storage.

The chalet is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. In the kitchen, guests will find a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full range of cooking appliances to cater to all culinary needs. For practical household needs, a washing machine and an iron are provided. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, a baby cot available for children up to 3 years of age, and complimentary WiFi internet access throughout the property.

The chalet operates on a non-smokers only basis, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule throughout their stay. Nespresso capsules are not included in the rental and are available for purchase at the Interhome office.

Parking is generously provided for up to 2 cars in an outdoor parking area, as well as garage facilities accommodating a further 2 vehicles. The garage has a height clearance of 190 cm and a width of 470 cm, and guests are advised to verify vehicle compatibility prior to arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
