Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright living and sleeping room, which is furnished with 1 sofabed and a dining table, and offers direct access to the balcony. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony, where terrace furniture is provided and a marvellous view of the mountains and the valley can be enjoyed. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the layout and is fitted with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The property features 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. Parquet floors run throughout the apartment, and the balcony extends to 4 m2, completing the refined and functional layout of this charming studio.
