This vacation rental is a fully renovated 2-room studio of 42 m2, situated on the first floor, and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. The property was thoroughly renovated in 2013 and features modern yet cosy furnishings throughout, with elegant parquet floors adding warmth to the overall aesthetic. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into the main living and sleeping area, where a sofabed, a dining table, and access to a private balcony of 4 m2 are provided. A separate room offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony, where terrace furniture is available for your enjoyment. The studio comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, the latter configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, completing the functional and well-considered layout of this charming property. From the balcony, you are treated to a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains and valley.
