Also on the ground floor, a dedicated bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor accommodation. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
