The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room of 50 m2, elegantly furnished and equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. This level also includes 3 bedrooms: the first and second each offer 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with the second bedroom also providing access to the terrace. The third bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. An open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, while a shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available. The first upper floor bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 french bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, a private shower room with WC, and direct access to the terrace. The second upper floor bedroom also offers 1 french bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is complemented by a dedicated kitchen area with a dining table, air conditioning, and a further shower room with WC.
