The apartment features 5 rooms in total, with partly sloping ceilings that lend the space a warm alpine character, complemented by tasteful and cosy furnishings throughout. The living and dining room benefits from sloping ceilings and direct access to the balcony, which faces both south and west, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Eiger. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules are available at an additional cost.

The sleeping quarters are distributed across 4 well-appointed rooms. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and opens directly onto the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and also provides balcony access. The third bedroom features 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and includes a private shower and WC, with direct access to the balcony. The fourth is a smaller room of 10 m2 with sloping ceilings, fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
