Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and features 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, and a freezer. The ground floor also includes a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC. On the upper floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms across the property. 1 of these rooms features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the remaining 2 double bedrooms each also feature a French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 1 bathroom with a bath and WC, for a total of 2 bathrooms throughout the villa. Outdoor living is equally well appointed, with a terrace of 15 m2 and a large partly roofed terrace of 40 m2, both benefiting from a south-facing position and a beautiful view of the garden.
