The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this living space. The first ground-floor bedroom measures 12 m2 and contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The second ground-floor bedroom measures 15 m2 and also contains 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A shower room with bidet and WC serves the ground floor. On the upper floor, the third bedroom measures 20 m2 and features sloping ceilings, 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm.
