In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Matratze war zu weich, das Geschirr (zb Besteck, Salatteller) in der Küche unvollständig. Aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung! Schlafcouch war nicht repariert worden, teile lagen an der Fensterbank . Staub unter den Bett . Küche für 4 Personen etwas kuschelig. Badezimmer ist riesig.
