The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto the balcony with a west facing position. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with balcony access and a north facing position. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2-over-2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with balcony access and a south facing position. The apartment features 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and WC and one with a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living and dining space, completing a well-organized and functional floor plan.
