The living and dining room features a dining nook and leads out to one of the 2 balconies, where you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. On the first level, the first bedroom features sloping ceilings with a rooflight and is furnished with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed, also offering access to a shower and WC within the room. A second double bedroom on this floor also provides direct access to the balcony. A third bedroom is equipped with 2 individual beds and 1 bunk bed, where 2 guests can sleep on the lower bed and 1 guest on the upper bed, accommodating up to 3 guests in this room. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living areas. A bathroom and a separate WC serve the remaining guests on this floor. On the top floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a fourth bedroom features sloping ceilings with a rooflight and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a hand-basin and a separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.
