This vacation rental is a well-appointed 3-room apartment of 80 m2, situated on the first floor, and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and convenience throughout your stay. The interior is furnished with warm, spacious wooden furniture that lends a welcoming character to every room.
The first bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements, and includes a private shower and WC as well as a satellite TV. A door leads directly from this room to the shared balcony. The second bedroom is a double room with its own private shower and WC, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The kitchen and living area form a combined, open-plan space fitted with a dining table and a flat screen satellite TV, with a further exit to the balcony. A third shower and WC is available separately within the apartment. The entrance hall completes the layout, providing a practical and welcoming transition into the living spaces. The balcony spans 12 m2 and offers a truly stunning panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, making it ideal for preparing meals during your stay. For entertainment, the property includes a television in the living area as well as an additional satellite TV in the first bedroom, both allowing you to enjoy a wide range of channels. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided throughout the apartment.
Other Information
The apartment is suitable for families and is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. Please be aware that the building does not have a lift, and access to the first floor is therefore via the stairs. Guests are kindly asked to respect the house rules in place to ensure a pleasant stay for all occupants.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
