The upper floor opens into a spacious living and dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a satellite TV, with direct access to both the garden and the balcony. This floor also hosts 2 double bedrooms and 1 additional room with 2 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The upper floor further includes a shower and WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, a large terrace furnished with terrace furniture, and a box-room for additional storage. The property enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
