On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you into a large room featuring 1 bunk bed with 2 levels and 1 double bed, along with a shower and WC and a satellite TV. A separate shower is also available on this floor. The upper floor opens into a spacious living and dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a satellite TV, with direct access to both the garden and the balcony. This floor also hosts 2 double bedrooms and 1 additional room with 2 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The upper floor further includes a shower and WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, a large terrace furnished with terrace furniture, and a box-room for additional storage. The property enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The living room and kitchen were completely renovated in 2024, and the bathrooms underwent full renovation in 2022. All beds have been replaced with new box spring beds.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
