The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and features rustic yet cosy furnishings that create a warm and inviting ambiance. The open-plan living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, complete with a dining nook and direct access to the balcony, which benefits from both south and west facing orientations. The first bedroom is a large room featuring 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, also measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and includes a hand-basin as well. The third bedroom offers a double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The property includes 2 bathrooms, one of which is a bath and WC with a shower, and a separate WC. The large open kitchen measures 20 m2 and is fitted with a hatch, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
