The ground floor welcomes you with a bright living room featuring a tiled stove, which flows out onto a private terrace. A separate dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a generous dining table provides an inviting space for shared meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and dining needs. The upper floor hosts 4 bedrooms in total: 2 double bedrooms and 2 additional rooms, each furnished with 1 bed. The property has 1 bathroom, configured as a combined bath, shower, and WC, complemented by a separate WC for added convenience.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
