A second bedroom on the ground floor offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The spacious kitchen, also on this level, includes a dining table and provides direct access to the garden. A bathroom with both bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin complete the ground floor facilities.
