A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own shower facility. A second bedroom on the ground floor offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The spacious kitchen, also on this level, includes a dining table and provides direct access to the garden. A bathroom with both bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
