A separate alcove with curtain provides an additional sleeping area with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. It is important to note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove, meaning the apartment contains 1 bedroom equivalent across these configurations. The apartment includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC. Throughout the space, parquet floors add a warm and refined aesthetic. A 4 m2 balcony with a north-facing orientation offers a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the resort.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The small kitchen features 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for meal preparation. The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers, and a smoke alarm is installed on the premises. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
