On the ground floor, a large open living room welcomes you with a sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV with radio, as well as direct access to the veranda. Adjacent to the living area, a spacious open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. The upper floor accommodates all 3 bedrooms, each featuring characteristic sloping ceilings. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds, making the property well-suited for a variety of group compositions. A second shower and WC is also located on the upper floor, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 2. A terrace with outdoor furniture completes the property, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.
