The main living area features a welcoming living and dining room with direct access to a terrace, complemented by an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is thoughtfully distributed across 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, the second bedroom offers 3 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the third bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. This lower level also provides direct access to the garden. The single bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath, shower, and WC. The chalet benefits from a large terrace and a generous garden, both offering marvellous panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
