The living and dining area is a generous, light-filled space centred around an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative feature, and includes a dining nook perfect for shared meals. From the living area, direct access leads to a large south-facing terrace of 11 m2, furnished for outdoor relaxation and offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fridge without a freezer. The 2 bathrooms consist of a shower room and a combined shower and WC, complemented by a separate WC.
