A well-equipped small kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom with bath and WC completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom featuring a rooflight that fills the space with natural light. The remaining 2 rooms also benefit from rooflights and are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making them ideal for families or groups. A shower room with WC serves the upper floor.
