This charming vacation rental is a 4-room maisonette of 70 m2, situated on the 3rd floor with a south-west facing position that offers a beautiful view of the sea. The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed over 2 levels connected by a steep staircase.
On the main floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room equipped with a flat screen television, with direct access to a 10 m2 balcony furnished with outdoor furniture and enjoying the scenic sea view. The first bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room. A kitchenette and a separate WC complete the main floor layout.
On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are arranged beneath sloping ceilings, lending the space a characterful and intimate atmosphere. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the third bedroom is fitted with 1 single bed of the same dimensions, 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom serves both upper floor bedrooms.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchenette, you will find a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules compatible with the Senseo system are available as an extra. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The living area features a flat screen television, though please be aware that the TV signal is available in French only. The property benefits from electric heating throughout, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment regardless of the season. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted during your stay.

The property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. This accommodation is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises for your safety. A dedicated parking space, numbered 309, is available for guests; however, it is accessible via a sidewalk and is suitable for small cars only. WiFi internet access is available at an additional charge. The property operates under a non-smoking policy, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
