This vacation rental is a thoughtfully designed 1-room studio of 22 m2 spread across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The studio features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with sleeping arrangements distributed between the main level and the upper floor. On the ground level, the living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution within the open-plan living space. A flat screen television is positioned in this area, and direct access leads out to a private terrace of 15 m2 equipped with terrace furniture. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the main living area and is fitted with a mini-oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and WC. On the upper floor, an open gallery hosts 1 french bed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, including the gallery.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
