The kitchen is open in layout and fully equipped for self-catering stays. The apartment includes 2 shower rooms, each with a WC, ensuring ample facilities for all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
