The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and practical. The bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground-floor layout. On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 150 to 220 cm provides an additional sleeping area with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a window overlooking the courtyard. Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The apartment was fully renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a practical and comfortable style throughout.
