This charming 4-room maisonette vacation rental spans 66 m2 across 2 floors and is situated on the 9th floor of the building, offering a south-facing position with a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. The property comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the main floor, the entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining room that opens onto a large south-facing balcony of 9 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and ideal for enjoying the surrounding mountain scenery. The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining table, making it well suited for meals at home. The first bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds of 90 cm each and benefits from its own bathroom, with direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 double bed of 140 cm and includes a bath with WC, also with access to the balcony. A separate WC completes the facilities on this level.
The upper floor hosts a gallery area that functions as an open-plan sleeping space with sloping ceilings, containing 2 beds of 90 cm each. An additional small room, also with sloping ceilings, provides 1 further bed of 90 cm. A bathroom serves this upper level. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
