Direct access from the living area leads to a private terrace of 12 m2, which benefits from both a north-facing and a west-facing position, offering a panoramic view of the swimming pool, the canal, and the port.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
