The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 bunk bed set of 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom on the ground floor offers 1 double bed composed of 2 mattresses each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, a third bedroom with characteristic sloping ceilings houses 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a separate WC.
