You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 130 square meters. The living/dining room is spacious and includes a sleeping facility, as well as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. This room provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate living room with an open-hearth fireplace, also leading to the terrace. The house features a small walk-through room with a double bed and a fan, along with a small double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. There is also a small room with a single bed and a fan.

The property offers a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table, featuring five hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. Other amenities include a shower, bidet, and toilet. Heating options available include wood heating (extra cost), air conditioning, forced-air heating (extra cost), and a boiler with an 80-liter capacity. Please note that heating is available only from December 1st to March 31st and may not be available in all rooms.
