On the main level, the living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed and benefits from natural light, while the first double bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offers direct access to a balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC.
