Please be aware that the house does not have a lift, and taxis are unable to stop directly in front of the property due to its hillside location. Key handover is managed by the agency Interhome in Zermatt, who will coordinate your arrival arrangements. The washing machine and tumble dryer available within the house are for shared use and are subject to an additional charge.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers a versatile sleeping arrangement, featuring 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm as well as 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk also measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, making it well suited for families or groups. The combined kitchen and living room serves as the central gathering space of the apartment, equipped with a dining table and direct access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. The bathroom includes a bath and WC.

Amenities Included

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchen and living area features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set including a chinoise, providing everything needed for preparing meals of any complexity. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
