The studio features 1 bedroom area within a combined living and sleeping room, furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a comfortable rest throughout your stay. The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes 3 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Delizio coffee capsules are available at an additional cost. The studio also includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. A flat screen cable television completes the living space. Access to the ground-floor apartment is gained via stairs, requiring 2 flights, and the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The studio benefits from a south-facing position, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
